Oven-Baked Turmeric Squash 'Fries'

Warning: These are no joke addictive.


What You’ll Need:

-1 butternut squash

-coarse sea salt

-turmeric

-paprika

-cayenne pepper

-pinch of ginger

-sicilian olive oil

Preparation:

I use a veggie peeler to trim the skin off the squash. This way, you don’t waste any squash like you would when trying to clean it with a knife! Once your squash is clean, cut it in half. Then cut the bottom part in half and clean out the seeds. Roast those seeds! Slice each half in pieces vertically. Toss with your spices, salt, and olive oil in a large bowl. Line a baking sheet with the pieces of squash. Bake at 200°C (400°F) for 15-20 mins (or until crispy). Send me an email to thank me ;)
