Homemade Pasta

Pasta is one of the most fun and exciting things to make from scratch! It’s extremely versatile, and although difficult to master, VERY fun to learn.

What You’ll Need:

(makes 4 portions)

  • 4 eggs (vegans can also just use water and a little olive oil!)

  • 400g semolina flour

Preparation:

Put the mound of flour on a wooden surface, and created a well in the center.

  1. Crack the eggs directly into the center of the well, and lightly whisk with a fork.

  2. Add the boiled and chopped spinach into the center

  3. Work the flour into the egg with the fork from the center to the edges and knead until homogenous.

  4. Let rest for 30 minutes.

  5. Cut into whichever shape you’d like!

  6. Pair with a nice tomato sauce, or make a filling :)
