Simple Baked Apple Crisp with JoJo Bites
I’m all about desserts, but most of the time sugar is the one thing that will give me really strong endo pains. I wanted to find a way to enjoy a type of apple crisp, without all the sugar, butter, and such. This recipe could not be more simple, and your body will be happy, too!
What You’ll Need:
-4-5 gala, honey crisp, red delicious apples
-juice of 1 lemon
-pinch of salt
Peel & slice apples, and mix in a bowl with lemon, cinnamon, and salt. Place in a nonstick pie pan, and add My Honey JoJo Bites on top. Bake for 40 mins on 180°C (350°F). Buon appetito!
