From the Mountains of Morocco

As many of you know, I have just returned from a legendary trip in Morocco! It was an adventurous experience in nature, and especially in food. 

In this class we will learn how to make two unforgettable Moroccan-inspired salads, and a classic warm vegetable tagine. The first is a crisp, citrusy fennel and cauliflower salad, and the second is a robust, flavor-packed mushroom salad. I'm drooling already...
