Take a journey with me to the mountains of Reggio-Emilia, Italy where we will learn how to make one of the most iconic pastas of the region: Cappelletti. In this class we will learn how to make traditional cappelletti, only with veggies instead of meat. We will prepare the savory broth and pasta from start to finish and enjoy our mouthwateringly delicious meal together!
