Learn how to make pasta as bright spring! In this class we will learn how to color pasta green with fresh spinach, and compliment it with a warm array of spring vegetables in a light tomato sauce. Here you will learn a brief history of the pasta and it's origins, and why we started coloring pasta with different vegetables. We will learn everything together from beginning to end, and enjoy a beautiful meal together when the class is complete. Non vedo l'ora! (I can't wait)
