Olive Oil-Whipped Yogurt Sauce

Seen throughout different cuisines all over the world, and my most recent infatuation.

I go through so many cycles where I want to eat something every meal…this is one of those things. It’s so tangy, delicious, simple, and incredibly nutritious.

What You’ll Need:

  • 0-5% greek yogurt (I use Fage, but whatever you get, make sure the ONLY ingredient is milk)

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • pinch of salt

  • your favorite herbs/spices

Preparation:
Whisk ‘em together with a fork! Best served with veggies or fish, but you might want to bath in it. That’s ok, too. Judgement-free zone. Buon appetito!
