Patate e Pomodori al Forno

Not only is this a quick and easy dish, it’s also scrumptious!

What You’ll Need:

(Serves 2)

-2 large potatoes (leave the skin)

-2 large potatoes

-fresh rosemary

-freshly ground black pepper

-sea salt

-Pugliese olive oil


Preparation:

Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F). Cut the potatoes and tomatoes in quarters. Put in an oven-safe dish with the oil, S&P, and fresh rosemary. Bake for 20-30 minutes or until niiiice & crispy. Buon appetito!
