Don't waste your food scraps!! Every piece of "unusable" food that's produced from cooking gets saved in a container in my fridge, then turned into a delicious and hearty broth at the end of each week. If you're thinking, "I'll never use all that broth," FREEZE IT! And save it for when you will. You can drink it straight for protein, use it in risotto, make a sauce, anything you'd like! Boil half of a large pot of water, add your scraps, then blend together after an hour or two! That's it!
